T-Shirts
We have some extra t-shirts this year! See below for the design. If you would like to buy a shirt (available in Youth Sizes S-L and Adult Sizes S-XXL), please email Karen with sizes needed at karenlkopf@gmail.com. Shirts are $6 each or 2 for $10 until supplies last, and proceeds will go to MDA! Shirts can be picked up in Lake in the Hills from Kopf Running, or we can mail out your order (shipping will be added depending on number of shirts ordered).

About Kopf Running
Henry's Hustle is presented by Kopf Running, an endurance training company that provides customized training programs to individuals of all ages and levels. Our goal is to create a more healthy, happy community through physical activity! Free group run/walk every Wednesday evening at 6:30pm at Sunset Park in Lake in the Hills. Certified running coaches also create race training programs personalized to each individual runner. They are are easy to follow -- for both the beginner runner and experienced runner alike.
